Community Update

I would not recommend this place to anymore. I assure you will be very disappointed with your stay here. Yes, its not too far from campus and downtown, but to be honest, its not even worth the trouble in staying here. THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS! if youre a college student, be prepared to be treated like your a child. Oh, and after 2 lock outs they remove the lock from your door, which they do not mention at all before the leash. Oh and they do NOT follow their contract so be prepared for them coming up with some random new rule that youre not going to like. FOr example, I was told I could keep my bikes, me and my roommates use, under the first floor stairwell. Actually its even stated in the contract. But after 3 months in, they tell us we cant keep our bikes there anymore, and expect us to keep in our apartment? Mind you, we lived in the basement floor which has absolutely nothing! NO PATIO or BALCONY! so no, not every unit has something. So they screwed us over with that. Also the service is HORRIBLE! At 7pm I found out my shower wasnt working at all so I called to see if they can come fix it before the night so me and my roommates can shower. And they told me it wasnt a emergency and to wait till morning. IT WAS 7PM! Like hygiene is pretty important to most people. and VERY rude people running this place. My roommate got locked out bc me and my other roommate were out of town and the cleaning lady (who is a you know what) cussed out my roommate. SHe actually got nasty with him when it was is first time getting locked out! Let me tell you, the cleaning lady is the nastiest women I have ever had to deal with. She should be fired for the way she talks to the residents here. I have no reason to lie to whoever you are reading this. I am just telling you about my experience. My roommates and I arent even the partying type college kids, were not a bother to anyone and mind our own business, It doesnt matter who you are, these people will treat you very poorly, BUT beware of the show they will put on just to get you to sign the lease!
