"El Biggo" Burritos Stay as Mo Moves On

Taco Tontos owner retires from the business, after grooming the best of the best in rolling amazing burritos and running a top-notch taco/burrito shop in Kent.

Taco Tontos bids farewell to Mo, the woman who brought Taco Tontos — and the "El Biggo" — to Kent, this week.

Wednesday was her last day working in the downtown eatery and there's no other way to put it: she will be missed. The good news is that a giant Mexican food chain didn't buy her out.

Over the years, she has groomed the best in rolling burritos, greeting regulars by name, and providing a magnificent, consistently delicious product. So the reigns will be passed on. Nothing else will change, except now Mo can sit back and relax, and watch her dream continue to flourish.

Taco Tontos will remain the hub for local, tasty burritos here in Kent. Today for lunch, I'm having a black bean and sweet potato burrito with cheese and tomatoes, baked to perfection. See you there?
