Book Signing

Bruce Dzeda, author of "Railroad Town: Kent and the Erie Railroad," will sign his book from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at Sue Nelson Designs in downtown Kent.
Dzeda's book, which was published by Kent Historical Society in the fall, recounts the advent of the Erie Railroad to the town of Kent, and the subsequent impact on its growth and development. Also explored are the social and economic implications of the Erie Railroad, including those that accompanied the rise and decline of railroading in the 20th Century.
Sue Nelson Designs is located at 156 S. Water St. in Kent. For more information, contact khs@kentohiohistory.org
