"Moving Meditation" & Musings in the Park

Learn how nature has the power to enhance health and well-being!

We will practice simple meditative movements to calm the mind and energize the body followed by mental and written exercises that will engage us with the power of trees.

Listen to nature essays and poetry followed by writing about
your connections with trees. No formal writing experience required.
