Street Kent will host the third annual International Festival in downtown Kent
on Saturday, September 14th from noon-7:00 pm. This unique event is
free, offering a variety of cuisine, crafts, art exhibits, music and dance.

Main Street Kent has officially cancelled the sky lantern release portion of
the event. Chief Dave Manthey of the Kent Fire Department has expressed
safety concerns and has asked Main Street Kent to call off the activity. We
