Battles, Budgets and Bugs - Oh My! Advancing Navy Medicine Research
The event is a guest lecture and luncheon called "Battles, Budgets and Bugs - Oh My! Advancing Navy Medicine Research." The lecture is by Rear Admiral Bruce A. Doll, M.B.A., director of the Navy Medicine Research and Development Command, Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED), and will take place in the Ralph Regula Conference and Event Center on Northeast Ohio Medical University's campus.
Rear Adm. Doll will discuss global medical research being conducted by the Navy, including the areas of traumatic brain injury, vaccines and orthopedics, as well as possible areas of collaboration between the Navy and academia.
