Pair Charged with Child Endangering: Police Blotter

A Stow woman and Brimfield Township, OH, man have been charged with multiple counts of child endangering by Stow Police.

Officers arrested Thomas E. Ridenbaugh, Jr., 30, and Gina A. Veedmont, 23, and charged them with multiple counts of child endangering, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Veedmont, last known address of 2317 Graham Road, was charged with two counts of child endangering June 26. She was released on bond.

Ridenbaugh was charged with three counts of child endangering and one count of obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Both pleaded not guilty to the endangering charges July 2 before Stow Municipal Court Judge Lisa Coates on July 2.

Veedmont and Ridenbaugh told police they were moving to 4422 Edson Road in Brimfield Township, just south of Kent, to the Days Inn — Veedmont’s listed employer.

Both are scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on the charges before Stow Municipal Court Judge Kim Hoover on Thursday afternoon.
