Thinking of taking the family out to dinner? Have young kids? You're going to want to know if the restaurant is family-friendly.
This is the place where they have crayons and coloring books for impatient diners ... where the wait staff gives you extra napkins -- unasked ... where there's no gasps when glasses invariably get knocked over or food falls on the floor. Where they have high chairs, booster seats and budget-conscious prices.
Beginning today -- March 19 -- and through 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, we'll be asking for your recommendations of the best places to take the family out to eat.
Give us your recommendation in the comments section below. With your help, we'll put together a list of nominees. Then look for our poll on Thursday, March 22 and vote!
We'll select a winner at 5 p.m. Friday, March 23 and announce it in a story on Saturday, March 24.
In judging, we'll consider comments, poll votes and reviews/ratings in Patch Places, our complete directory of local businesses. Be sure to check out our contest rules by clicking on the PDF in this article. And show us your parent savvy!
