The last day to bid is March 26, 2013 at 9 a.m.
Many items have several bids on them already and hundreds of people have already viewed items being auctioned, according to the Penton website.

Since switching to the online auction service in 2010 the net sales for the city have more than doubled. That first year, the total sales prices for all 78 lots sold online amounted to $55,000 — compared with the average total of about $10,000 in 2008 and 2009.
