The following building permits were issued in Kent for residential construction:
- Caesar Cardamone and Donna Lee Fox, 850 Stonewater Drive, sunroom on existing deck, $28,200
- James and Megan Geldhof, 216 Lowelll Drive, shed for dormer attic space, $3,500
