Building Permits: More Acorn Alley II Build-Outs

All information is according to building permits on file with the Kent Community Development Department

Spaces in are getting closer to welcoming downtown Kent's newest retailers.

Brimfield-based Metis Construction, the contractor managing construction of the project for owner RLB Phoenix Properties, has filed for building permits for two more retail spaces.

  • Zoupwerks tenant space build-out, 135 E. Erie St. Suite 101, $185,000
