It seems like every few days Acorn Alley undergoes another growth spurt. Like a monarch caterpillar in the fall, it is changing from small and ugly to big and beautiful. By next summer it will take flight into economic prosperity, but thankfully this cheesy analogy will end much sooner.
The setting sun can be brilliant in the clear cool air of fall, so when the clouds part on a cool evening with dark clouds roiling about, I grab the camera and go to where the sun shines brightest.
