This year's Halloween Trick-or-Treat in Kent is set for Sunday, Oct. 27, according to the city.
Residents are encouraged to turn on their porch lights to signal they are handing out candy for the holiday.
Trick-or-Treat starts at 3 p.m. and ends 5 p.m.
