St. Pet's Day Parade Paws its Way Through Downtown

Pets and their owners come out to support their furry friends

The Celtic Club's Ninth Annual St. Pet's Day Pet Parade took place at noon today at Kent's Hometown Bank Plaza despite crummy weather.

The Celtic Club invited pet lovers and their pets to dress in their finest Irish attire and come to the Hometown Bank Plaza for a parade through the downtown.

About 30 dogs and their owners attended. After posing for photos, the group paraded through downtown and Acorn Alley.
