Sidewalk Cinema Moved to Kent Stage

Rain dampens plans for outdoor showing of 'Casablanca' in Home Savings Plaza

The Sidewalk Cinema showing of Casablanca planned for an outdoor screening at Home Savings Plaza has been moved to the tonight.

Tom Simpson, owner of the Kent Stage, said live music starts at 7 p.m. and the movie screening will start at 9 p.m.

The event, a Downtown Innovative Community Event sponsored by Standing Rock Cultural Arts, is free and open to the public.

"We will just move everything up to the Kent Stage," said Jeff Ingram, director of Standing Rock.
