North Water Street has several lanes closed today for paving work related to the Fairchild Avenue Bridge project.
Crews are paving from Brady Street around the turn past Crain Avenue, and drivers can't turn left from the new bridge toward Lake Street.
Paving and striping work is expected to continue this week.
Also, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation the new pedestrian bridge as part of the overall project is not yet officially open for use.
