Kent Pastor to Blog Israel Trip on Patch

Kent United Church of Christ Pastor David Pattee leaves for Tel Aviv Thursday

Today we get to welcome another new blogger to the Kent Patch family: The Rev. David Pattee.

The senior pastor at the Kent United Church of Christ leaves Thursday for a study trip to Israel, and Pattee christens his blog on Kent Patch by telling a little bit about his desire to return to The Holy Land.

You can read the pastor's inaugural blog here. Readers also can follow Pattee's blog updates as they are published by bookmarking his blog landing page.

Pattee will spend two weeks in Israel before returning to Kent to share more in-depth stories and details from his trip with his congregation.

The pastor joins more than two dozen Kent residents, business owners and community leaders who blog on Kent Patch. Nationally, more than 12,000 small-town America residents are blogging for Patch. You can do the same by clicking here to apply and become a blogger.
