The Mighty Soul Tornados vinyl night at Uncorked

Uncorked Wine Bar located at 22 N. High in Akron proudly presents a new monthly event: Mighty Soul Tornados Night on 7.13.13 starting at 8:30 PM (no cover). The Mighty Soul Tornados name is derived from the legendary Akron group the Soul Tornadoes, that put out some very collectable funk 45s in the late 60's. The DJs that make up the Mighty Soul Tornados are Forrest Getem Gump, Ben Crazy, and El Prezidente. During this night you can expect to hear soul, jazz, Latin, disco, funk, samba, boogie and afro-beat (LPs and 45s)
