KACC Welcomes Three New Business With Ribbon Cuttings!

In the last two weeks, the Kent Area Chamber of Commerce has welcomed three new businesses to downtown Kent.

Mayor Jerry Fiala and members of the Kent Area Chamber of Commerce helped staff members of Bar 145 officially open its new patio and bar area with the Chamber’s 13th ribbon cutting of the year. Bar 145 is located at 100 E. Erie Street and is the east end anchor of Fairmount Properties’ College Town Kent complex.

Seated next to Fiala are Dan Edmondson, general manager, Alex Plonka, associate manager and Lori M Wemhoff, executive director of the Kent Area Chamber of Commerce.

The College Creamery located in Acorn Alley I is co-owned and operated by Mike Wiles and Beth Siegfried.
