In 1921 Martin L. Davey made a speech in Congress about trees. He talked about man's interdependence on trees. The Kent Historical Society has a copy of that short speech on their web site which can be downloaded as a PDF. The URL is: http://www.kentohiohistory.org/connections/about_kent.html. Click on "The Tree" and it should download to your computer.

Thanks Hank, check out the poems in the North Water Street Gallery (thurs.-sat.1-5), up till the 5th. See trees reflect humanity.
