DESCRIPTION:Kent State&rsquo\;s  Center for Gift and Estate Planning will
  hold the 2nd annual Ask the Panel seminar on estate planning\, taxes an
 d  medical directives. The lecture is free and open to the public.  Regi
 stration is required by June 8.  The panel will feature four local exper
 ts on estate planning and asset  management\, tax changes and documentin
 g medical wishes. There also will  be information on options in charitab
 le planning. Doors open at 8:15 a.m. for registration. A continental bre
 akfast will be served and the seminar will begin at 9 a.m.
