DESCRIPTION:The  Headwaters Adventure Race starts and ends in Mantua Vill
 age and  involves a 2-mile run on the Headwaters Trail past a state natu
 re  preserve\, a 10-mile cycle past scenic landscapes and preserved  far
 mlands\, and a 5-mile paddle on the Upper Cuyahoga State Scenic  River.\
 nParticipants can go solo or as part of a team:2-person all-phase team: 
 both run\, bike and canoe in one boat together2-person relay team: one p
 erson runs\, the other bikes\, both canoe in one boat\nEntry fee include
 s T-shirt and refreshments. Register early if you need to rent a boat\; 
 boat rentals are limited to the first 50 canoes and 50 kayaks.
