 on Sawyer will prepare a unique tasting dinner under a beautifully decor
 ated tent on the grounds of the prestigious Chagrin Valley Hunt Club Pol
 o Field. In addition to cocktails and delicious passed appetizers\, gues
 ts will sample a number of dishes from stations around the tent during t
 he evening\, and top off the night with a special dessert.\nBackdropped 
 with the sounds of the Cleveland Jazz Orchestra\, the evening will also 
 include horse drawn carriage rides through the nearby Gates Mills Villag
 e narrated by historic storyteller Dan Ruminski\, as well as a silent au
 ction and raffle.\nChefs Unbridled is Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding
  Center&rsquo\;s primary annual benefit event to raise funds for the rid
 ing program for people with special needs.\nTickets to the event range f
 rom $125 up and include a tax-deductible donation to Fieldstone Farm The
 rapeutic Riding Center. Tables and sponsorship packages are also availab
