DESCRIPTION:An off-road 5K race through the scenic trails and grassy area
 s of the Goodyear Heights Metropark\, located on Newton Street in Akron.
 &nbsp\; The course has been utilized by the Tallmadge HS Cross Country t
 eam and is the site of&nbsp\; District cross country races.\nThe 1 Mile 
 Walk is through the park's grassy meadows.\n\n$ 15 Pre-registered receiv
 ed by July 13\, 2012 (includes T-shirt)\n$ 20 Race Day registration (T-s
 hirt\, if available) \n$ 10 High School CC Runners (includes T-shirt)\n\
 nTeresa (aka T-Con) was a Tallmadge High School senior\, an energetic te
 enager\, and avid runner before her death in a tragic automobile acciden
 t on May 26\, 2002. The T-Con Memorial 5K Run seeks to appropriately rem
 ember her character and honor her memory.\nThis race continually renews 
 the resources within the Teresa Conti Memorial Scholarship Fund and all 
 proceeds from the race benefit this cause. The scholarships are awarded 
 annually to Tallmadge High School seniors planning to pursue higher educ
 ation.\nREFRESHMENTS: FRESH donuts (donated by Jubilee Donuts)\, fruit a
 nd COLD water after 5K Run.
