On Saturday, October 20th, Main Street Kent is having a black squirrel race down the hill on Main Street (from DePeyster to Water) -- right before the KSU Homecoming Parade lands in downtown Kent. The winning squirrel will take home $500. (OK, they're actually imprinted ping pong balls. Still fun though, right?)
