Willow Closed Again for Utility work near Kent State
Road closure related to Esplanade expansion
A portion of South Willow Street will remain closed this week near Kent State University.
The section of road between East Main Street and East College Avenue is closed for underground utility disconnection work, which is related to the Esplanade expansion.
The road will be closed daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
