This week, Kent Patch checked in with Kent State University students, asking them to weigh in on the men's basketball team's chances of advancing to the NCAA Tournament.
Most were optimistic, considering the team's No. 1 seed in the MAC Tournament. Particularly going into Saturday night's game against Akron, who lost to Kent eight days earlier in a close match for the outright MAC title.
