VIDEO: Bent Tree Coffee Roasters Hold Grand Opening
Coffee roasters sell by the pound and cup daily in downtown Kent
Kent's newest artisan coffee shop held its grand opening Thursday on North Water Street.
Bent Tree Coffee Roasters invited friends, family, Kent Mayor Jerry Fiala and members of the Kent Area Chamber of Commerce to sample their in-house roasted coffee beans and popular iced coffee Thursday afternoon.
The business is owned by longtime friends Ryan Brannon and Mike Mistur, both Kent residents, who have been avid coffee-roasting hobbyists for several years.

Most epic Iced Coffee, so good. They take what is consumed everyday and bring it to an unheard of level by personally overseeing even the smallest details of their craft. This is what true artists do. Bent Tree are called "Artisan Roasters" a well deserved title!

Stopped by Thurs. to try some fresh roasted coffee. Bought a pound of the Burundi and when I arrived home, I could not wait until Fri. morning to try a cup! So I brewed a cup immediately. The coffee was/is outstanding! Very excited about having such a resource here in town to enjoy one of my favorite things, A good cup of java! Good luck guys ,i think you will do well!
