Trinity Lutheran Plans Week-Long Reformation Festival
Starting Oct. 31 Kent church marks Martin Luther's 1517 act
The Trinity Lutheran Church of Kent will hold a weeklong festival starting Oct. 31 celebrating the start of the Protestant Reformation in 1517.
The reformation festival marks the start of the reformation nearly 400 years ago when Martin Luther nailed his theses to the door of a cathedral in Germany in an effort to start talks about church practices.
