Snapshot: Finishing Touches on Alley 4 Downtown
The newly repaved alley cuts through Acorn Alley and connects South Water Street to South DePeyster Street
Workers put the finishing touches on the newly resurfaced Alley 4 this morning in downtown Kent.
The $1 million project replaced standard pavement with stamped concrete, and it also marked and widened the pedestrian lanes on both sides of the alley.
