Friends and loved ones who turned out for a memorial for Craig Lucas filled the Kent State Art Gallery to capacity for the former art professor Sunday.
Lucas, 69, died April 1. A professor emeritus at Kent State, Lucas was a talented painter, and his work received numerous awards. His work appeared in galleries across the country.
