POLL: Should Student who Threatened Kent State be Expelled?
William Koberna, 19, of Brunswick, charged with inducing panic after threatening to open fire on campus
The Kent State University student who threatened to open fire on campus has been released from jail on bond pending further court hearings on charges of aggravated menacing and inducing panic.
William Koberna, 19, of Brunswick, was released on bond Monday afternoon after being arrested Sunday on the charges, which stemmed from a message he posted on Twitter threatening to use a fire arm on campus.
Aside from the criminal charges, Koberna faces university hearings that could lead to his suspension or dismissal.
What do you think? Should Kent State dismiss or suspend Koberna in light of recent deadly mass shootings in public?
