A Kent man has been indicted for burglarizing two residences just a few blocks from his own.
Nicholas J. Hall, 23, of 730 Longcoy Ave., was charged May 29 with breaking into two houses in the 700 block of Stinaff Street four days earlier.
A Portage County grand jury indicted Hall Thursday on two counts of burglary, a fourth-degree felony, related to both break-ins, according to online county court records.
Both break-ins took place May 25, according to court records.
Hall was granted release on a personal recognizance bond Friday under the condition he have no contact with the two victims.
He was arraigned Friday by Portage County Common Pleas Judge John Enlow. A trial date isn't set until October.
