Kent State, South Carolina Game to be Broadcast Downtown
Inflatable movie screen to be set up in HomeTown Bank Plaza for public watch party
Fans of the Kent State University men's baseball team can watch the Golden Flashes take on South Carolina tonight on a huge movie-theater size screen in downtown Kent.
The Kent Parks and Recreation Department teamed up with Kent State University, HomeTown Bank and Woodsy's Music to set up a 30 foot tall inflatable movie screen so the game can be broadcast in HomeTown Bank Plaza.
Kent State beat Florida State 5-4 Monday night to advance in the College World Series double-elimination tournament.
The game will be broadcast starting at 8 p.m. The watch party is free. HomeTown Bank Plaza is located at the northwest corner of Main and Water streets in downtown Kent.

Kent beat Florida, not FSU. Those two teams love each other less than OSU and Michigan.
As a Golden Flash and a Clemson Tiger, I REALLY want Kent to beat the Cocks.
