Indecency Charge for Akron Man

An Akron man has been charged with exposing himself to a minor by Kent Police.
Officers arrested Antwane L. Foster, 26, this month in Tallmadge, OH, on a charge of public indecency to a minor, a fifth-degree felony.
Foster recklessly exposed his private parts or engaged in masturbation, according to the criminal complaint filed against him in Portage County court. The incident occured Oct. 21, according to court records.
He was arraigned on the charge Thursday by Portage County Municipal Court Judge Barb Oswick.
A preliminary hearing on the charge is scheduled for Nov. 16.

I think just showing his face in public should warrant an indecency charge.
