Too bad Franklin didnt win. But, 200 gallons of paint is a great consolation prize as paint prices have nearly doubled in the past two yrs.

This is great news for Franklin Elementary!! Now, about the labor, we'll be needing to get it repainted...Any Fraternity or Sorority at KSU looking for more Community Involvement?
