- Hallmark Campus Communities (University Edge Apartments), 5694 Rhodes Road, fire alarm for apartment complex, $65,000
- Constance M. Mellott, 221 Columbus St., construct repairs due to fire damage, $40,000
- Michael and Julia Karbowiak, 1100 Adrian Drive, new single family residence, $215,000
