A Portage County grand jury will review burglary charges against an Akron man accused of breaking into a residence at Silver Meadows Apartments.
Marvin James, 26, was arrested and charged with burglary, a second-degree felony, by Kent Police this month.
The Akron resident pleaded not guilty to the charge earlier this month, and the charge was disposed but bound over for a grand jury review. James is being held on the Portage County jail on 10 percent of a $10,000 bond, according to court records.
According to Kent Police, James tresspassed in an occupied apartment in the 800 block of Silver Meadows Boulevard on Oct. 12. He was arrested there at 3:25 a.m. on the same day.
