All information is according to Kent Police. Arrest information does not indicate conviction
In less than four months a Kent man has twice been charged with dealing pot.
Kent Police arrested Rodney D. Johnson, 35, of 1249 Elno Road, on charges of trafficking in marijuana, a fifth-degree felony.
Johnson was arrested on Akron Boulevard after midnight on Oct. 7.
He was being held in the Portage County jail on a $1,000 bond.
Police arrested Johnson on June 29 on the same charge of dealing marijuana. Officers found 11 bags of marijuana, totaling less than 200 grams, on Johnson at the time of his arrest, according to Portage County court records.
That charge, however, was dismissed at the recommendation of the Portage County Prosecutor's Office, according to court records.
